General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope:
These GTC apply to all orders placed through the online shop ube-haimo.com, operated by Haimo Friends LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract:
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order through a confirmation email.
§ 3 Prices and Payment:
All stated prices are in Euro and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise specified. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
§ 4 Delivery and Shipping:
The delivery time is usually 5–8 business days but may be extended depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal:
The separate cancellation policy applies (see Cancellation Policy page). For hygiene reasons, an exchange or cancellation is excluded once the sealed packaging of the Ube powder has been opened.

The statutory warranty rights apply.
